Country of Origin
1. Our clients should provide the following:
● Demand Letter (job order)
● Recruitment Agreement
● Power of attorney (to recruit)
2. The above documents should be on the respective company letter head duly signed and stamped (specimen of same available on request) by an authorized
signatory.
3. Prior to the signing by the authorized signatory, copies of same should be shown/presented to Fortuna for approval.
4. All above documents should be attested by the Sri Lankan embassy / High commission / consulate in the respective country.
5. After the said documents being certified by the Sri Lankan Embassy /High commission/consulate should be sent direct to Fortuna’s registered office in
Sri Lanka or handed over to an authorized person by Fortuna at the country of origin.
In Sri Lanka
1. Upon receiving the documents from the principle duly certified by the Sri Lankan Embassy/Consulate or High commission, Fortuna shall submit same to the Sri
Lankan Bureau for Foreign Employment for the first approval (validity: 01 year).
2. The first approval time frame is almost 02 to 03 working days, provided all the relevant documents are in order.
3. Upon the first approval from the Bureau an approval could be obtained for the commercial advertisement.( validity 03 months)
4. On completion of the final selections a list of the said selected candidates will be sent once again to the bureau for the final approval and their passports will be
stamped by the bureau individually.
General Conditions
● Through Fortuna’s own travel bureau, all ticketing requirements would be taken care of on clients approval (cost / routing)
● If the ticketing is pre-arranged by the client through PTA’S, same should be notified with relevant details.
● Ticketing arranged by Fortuna, necessary funds for same should be transferred via Telegraphic Transfer / Fast Cash or to be paid to our nominated agent overseas
