Pre-Screening
Prospective job applicants are screened at Interviews held to verify the applicants with,
• Relevant personal details
• Education
• Work history
• Reasons for leaving the present job
• Reasons for leaving the country for foreign employment
Trade Test
Fortuna, always avails of all facilities (made available by the SLBFE) to conduct the required practical tests/trade tests only at the approved and accepted public
institutions authorized by the Ministry of Labour & Vocational Training Institutions, as those centers are fully equipped and staffed with professionally qualified personnel.
Medical Examinations
Prospective applicants are given a medical examination to determine their physical and mental fitness. In some instance applicants have been sent through psychological tests to Ascertain compatibility with stress.
Police Screening
All prospective candidates will go through a background check that includes civil judgment history, address verification and state wide criminal check.
Final Report Assessment
The final report contains selected candidates for your open position. Included in the report will be the candidate evaluation, resume and background check results of the
selected final candidates.
