1. MANPOWER REQUIRED - Please E-mail / Fax us all the categories. The number of persons on each category or position, the salary levels minimum and the maximum basic salary negotiable for each category.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION - Qualifications, experience required for each category separately.
3. PLACE OF WORK IN DETAIL - Location, site project, area, nature of job describe in detail. (Candidates can be briefed prior to recruitment).
4. AIR TICKET - If providing the air ticket at commencement of contract from country of origin to country of employment? Or providing the air
ticket at the end of contract from country of employment to country of origin? Provide tickets to candidates traveling on annual leave?
5. FOOD – If meals are not provided, is there a meal allowance? If not, are there any facilities for self-cooking?
6. ACCOMMODATION - Please describe the facilities in accommodation. If accommodation is not provided, is there an allowance paid for each
category?
7. MEDICAL FACILITIES - Provided by the company by arranging a medical card. If the company does not provide free medical, do you pay them an allowance?
8. WORKING HOURS / NO OF DAYS PER WEEK / OFF DAYS / SHIFTS
9. CONTRACT PERIOD - Number of years and is it renewable? Please describe.
10. OVERTIME - How overtime hours are calculated and in what ratio, please describe in detail.
11. TERMINATION / RESIGNATION CONDITIONS – If an employee is terminated or resigns, what are the conditions and procedures of repatriation and settlement of account, please describe.
